Responsibilities • Assist customers by accurately identifying and locating parts needed for repairs and maintenance. • Maintain and organize parts inventory to ensure availability and efficient stocking. • Process orders, invoices, and returns using company software systems. • Communicate with service technicians and vendors to fulfill parts requirements promptly. • Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone. • Support team members in various tasks within the parts department as required.
