Responsibilities & Duties: • Pick-up and delivery of vehicles with our Tow Truck fleet • Load/unload vehicles safely and free of damage • Operate company equipment in compliance with safety regulations • Maintain and assure good operating condition of all equipment and facilities • Help run our day-to-day tow operations and maintain any facility maintenance and repairs • Mechanically inclined and able to operate various equipment/forklift • Be available during off-hours as needed to run the tow truck as necessary • Great customer, people skills & telephone skills • Commitment to customer service satisfaction • A high level of professionalism and courteousness • Detail orientated • Communicate effectively with our customers and our employees • Proven track record of achieving goals • Other tasks as assigned Skills & Experience • Must have towing experience • Must meet background screening criteria • Must possess a valid Driver's License issued by your state of residence • Ability to work in various weather conditions What qualities do we seek in our drivers?
