Elders Inn is currently seeking Advanced Care Attendants (ACAs) for the AM shift Pay Rate is $23.50 per hour We are expanding our services and want to add to our team! The primary functions of an ACA are: • Help residents with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily living tasks • Assist residents with mobility and transfers • Take and record vital signs • Assist residents in active and passive range of motion as defined by the plan of care • Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining resident privacy and personal dignity • Monitor resident activity and functional status • Assist with apartment tidying to ensure safety and comfort We are looking for employees on the AM Shift 6:00am-2:30pm Full-time positions work a 4-on, 2-off rotation Part-time positions work either 2-on, 4-off rotation or on-call (PRN) Minimum qualifications are: • High school diploma or equivalent • CNA level training (no license needed) OR 3 years experience in a heavy care environment • Ability to work patiently with cognitively impaired individuals • Ability to follow written and oral directions • Basic computer skills (care programming is computer based) • Ability to life 150 pounds Employment requirements include: • Current COVID-19 vaccination • Routine COVID tests • Physical • TB test • Fingerprint clearance from the FBI and Dept of Justice Benefits eligible! • Medical Insurance (full-time employees only) • Paid Time Off • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • Critical Illness Insurance • Accidental Injury Insurance • Identity Theft Protection • Pre-Paid Legal Services Elders Inn is a licensed 52-suite assisted living community where each day offers a variety of experiences in the company of friends.
