Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Mobile Maintenance Planner at our Goldstrike operation. The selected individual will work closely with other divisions and contractors to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities: • Complete scheduling of weekly maintenance plans • Ensure proper job packets and schedules are maintained and distributed. • Run and report on maintenance KPI's • Assist other planners in closing and scanning work orders. • Communicate well with both operations and maintenance personnel. • Improve maintenance efficiency using planned, predictive, and maintenance techniques and systems. • Write purchase requisitions for unavailable material. • Track progress of ordered material and schedule work once parts arrive. • Preform other duties as assigned.
