• Manage overall BESS plant operations to ensure safe and reliable functioning. • Monitor Battery Racks, PCS (Power Conversion System), EMS, SCADA, Transformer, HT/LT systems, and auxiliary systems. • Ensure maximum plant availability and energy dispatch efficiency. • Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. • Analyze system failures and implement corrective actions. • • Develop asset reliability strategies and maintenance plans. • Monitor battery performance, degradation trends, and lifecycle management. • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement reliability improvements. • Optimize plant performance through data-driven decision-making. • B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Power Systems, Instrumentation, or related discipline. • M.Tech/MBA preferred.
