We’re looking for a reliable, fast-moving Barback who loves being part of the action and keeping the bar running smoothly. If you’re organized, upbeat, and thrive in a busy environment, this is a great way to grow in hospitality and learn behind the bar. What you’ll be doing • Keep the bar fully stocked with ice, glassware, liquor, beer, wine, and mixers • Assist bartenders during service to keep things flowing smoothly • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping surfaces and clearing glassware • Change kegs and restock coolers as needed • Support opening and closing bar duties • Jump in wherever needed to support the team during busy shifts What you bring to the table • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Ability to move fast and stay organized in a high-volume setting • Team-first mindset — you enjoy helping others succeed • Willingness to learn and take direction • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays • Prior barback or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required Why you’ll love working here • Waterfront location with great energy • Supportive team and hands-on leadership • Opportunity to grow into a Bartender role • Fast-paced shifts that fly by
