What You'll Do • Lead and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team. • Deliver exceptional guest experiences every day. • Coach, develop, and motivate staff. • Maintain outstanding service and hospitality standards. • Partner with culinary leadership to ensure smooth daily operations. • Assist with scheduling, staffing, inventory, and labor management.
