As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll help create memorable vacation experiences while introducing guests to the benefits of Hilton Grand Vacations ownership and resort experiences. Compensation $16.00 per hour. Responsibilities • Welcome and engage guests in a professional, friendly manner. • Provide information about Hilton Grand Vacations resort offerings and amenities. • Assist guests with questions and direct them to appropriate resort services. • Schedule qualified guests for vacation ownership presentations. • Maintain accurate guest records and documentation. • Promote a positive and memorable guest experience. • Meet individual and team performance goals. • Represent Hilton Grand Vacations with professionalism and enthusiasm. Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED preferred. • Customer service, hospitality, tourism, retail, or sales experience preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Positive attitude and outgoing personality. • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. • Proficiency with basic computer systems and technology. • Ability to engage comfortably with guests from diverse backgrounds.
