WE OFFER: • Major medical & dental insurance • 401K matching plan • Paid vacation/holidays • 4 DAY WORK WEEK RESPONSIBILITIES: *Focus on Customer Satisfaction • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment • Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. • Stay up to date on all available Factory Training • Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications • "Fix it right the first time" • Communicate directly with the Service Manager, in reference to recommended repairs • Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications • Maintain Skill Levels • Must have a strong sense of urgency • Would prefer Honda or Acura experience but all will be considered.
