As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all who visit. What You’ll Do: • Welcome customers with a friendly smile and gather essential information during their visit. • Be the go-to person for answering questions and providing initial assistance. • Coordinate front-desk operations, distribute loaner cars, and provide shuttles as needed. • Be the first and last impression of our dealership—your role matters! What We’re Looking For: • A positive, customer-focused personality with a passion for providing exceptional service. • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and handle emergencies smoothly. • Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and Saturdays. Overtime may be available. • Strong organizational skills to help keep things running smoothly during busy hours. Job Requirements: • Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented. • Capable of standing, walking, and working outdoors for extended periods. • Able to maintain a professional appearance at all times. • Bilingual? A plus! • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
