Position Overview As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our service customers, ensuring a seamless service experience from vehicle check-in through delivery. You'll coordinate repair orders, recommend necessary maintenance and repairs, communicate with technicians, and help customers make informed decisions while maintaining the highest level of satisfaction. With over 120 service guests per day—and growing—this role offers significant earning potential and career growth. Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of BMW Service Advisor (service writing) experience, or 5 years of luxury/high-line automotive service advisor experience • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills • Strong verbal and written communication abilities • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Experience with dealership management systems; Reynolds & Reynolds / ERA-IGNITE experience is a plus (or willingness to learn) • Professional appearance and positive, outgoing demeanor • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment What We Offer • Competitive compensation with excellent earning potential 100-200k annually. • Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible family members • Paid vacation and sick time • 401(k) retirement plan
