The Parking Maintenance/Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of parking facilities, including parking lots, garages, entrances, exits, stairwells, and surrounding areas. This position helps ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers and visitors. Pay Rate: $20.00 an hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. ABM is a military and veteran friendly employer, veterans and candidates with military experience encouraged to apply. • Sweep, clean, and remove trash and debris from parking lots, garages, sidewalks, stairwells, and common areas. • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed. • Pick up litter, leaves, and other debris throughout the facility. • Clean parking equipment, payment stations, elevators, and signage. • Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and employee areas when assigned. • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, vandalism, or damaged equipment to management. • Assist with pressure washing and deep cleaning projects as needed. • Monitor parking areas and report suspicious activities or security concerns. • Ensure all work is performed safely and according to company policies and procedures. • Assist customers with directions or basic parking-related questions when needed. • Perform other duties as assigned by management. Required: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
