For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) • Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with Amazon’s cleanliness and safety standards. • Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed. • Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality control and address any deficiencies. • Train staff on proper cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols. • Respond to urgent cleaning requests and emergencies in a timely manner. • Maintain compliance with OSHA, health, and safety guidelines. • Communicate with facility management regarding cleaning needs and improvements. • Previous experience in janitorial supervision, facility maintenance, or a related field. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as needed. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in a large warehouse/distribution center environment. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
