What We Offer • Competitive Compensation • Fast-Paced, Dynamic Work Environment • 5-Day Work Week - No Weekends and No Late Nights • BCBS/BCN Medical Insurance (PPO and HMO Options) • Dental and Vision Insurance • Life and AD&D Insurance • Short-Term Disability Insurance • Aflac Supplemental Insurance • 401(k) with Company Match • Paid Vacation • Company Apparel Program • Professional Sporting Event Raffles • Holiday Celebrations and Monthly Birthday Celebrations Responsibilities • Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate, thorough collision repair estimates • Write estimates using CCC ONE and Mitchell estimating systems • Properly identify and document all visible vehicle damage • Prepare and process supplements as additional damage is discovered during the repair process • Communicate effectively with customers throughout the repair process • Provide customers with timely and accurate status updates • Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters on estimates, supplements, and repair approvals • Review insurance estimates and identify necessary repair procedures, operations, and supplements • Collaborate with technicians, parts personnel, and management to ensure efficient workflow • Maintain accurate photos, documentation, and repair notes • Ensure OEM repair procedures and manufacturer requirements are properly identified and followed • Take ownership of the customer experience from initial estimate through final vehicle delivery • Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards • Adhere to company policies and procedures • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Qualifications • Previous automotive collision estimating experience required • CCC ONE estimating experience required • Mitchell estimating experience required • Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and vehicle construction • Experience working with insurance companies, adjusters, and DRP requirements • Ability to identify visible and potential hidden damage • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Strong time management and organizational abilities • Proven record of positive customer satisfaction results • Team-oriented, self-motivated professional • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment • Professional appearance and demeanor • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Join Our Team At Mike Savoie Chevrolet, you'll be part of a respected family-owned dealership that values its employees and invests in their success.
