Sales & Membership Coordinator | MNTSTUDIO (internally we call this role a "Community Manager") Where mindful movement meets momentum. At MNTSTUDIO, Pilates is just the start. We're looking for a Sales & Membership Coordinator who loves connecting with people as much as they love hitting a goal. If you light up on the phone, thrive in a fast-paced boutique fitness setting, and get a thrill from turning "maybe" into "see you Monday," this is your role. What You'll Do Drive Growth • Make 20+ outbound calls a day to new leads and former clients • Book intro classes, private sessions, and consultations • Share the benefits of Pilates and our membership options with real enthusiasm • Handle objections with confidence and tailor every conversation to the person on the line • Track leads and conversions in SalesRevv Welcome and Retain • Make every new client's first visit warm and memorable • Help new members feel supported from day one • Keep an eye on engagement and reach out before anyone drifts away • Build the kind of relationships that lead to loyalty and referrals Keep the Studio Running • Open and close the studio on weekends • Keep the space clean, organized, and true to our brand • Support local marketing, events, and community partnerships • Handle calls, emails, and scheduling questions What You Bring • A sales-first mindset: you love converting leads and have a proven successful track record • Boutique fitness experience: Pilates or group fitness knowledge is a big plus • Communication skills: confident on the phone, polished in person, clear in writing • Tech comfort: CRM experience, ideally SalesRevv • A solutions-focused approach: you think fast and care about the client experience • People energy: approachable, upbeat, and genuinely into connection • Weekend availability: Saturdays or Sundays, 7/8am to 2pm, with flexibility for extra shifts What You'll Get • $20–$24/hour based on experience, plus commission • Room to grow with a supportive, career-minded team • Free Pilates classes to keep you strong and inspired • A culture built on wellness, professionalism, and community Ready to Join Us?
