Whether you've recently graduated from an automotive program, have some shop experience, or have been working on vehicles on your own and are ready to turn that passion into a career, we'll help you develop the skills to move forward. You'll work alongside experienced technicians, receive paid manufacturer training, and get hands-on experience in a professional dealership environment. You do need to: • Be dependable and show up ready to work • Have a genuine interest in automotive repair • Be willing to learn • Take pride in doing things correctly • Work well with experienced technicians and teammates • Be comfortable working with your hands • Have a valid driver's license and good driving record Automotive school or previous shop experience is a plus—but it's not required for the right person. If you've recently graduated from trade school, that's great. If you're already working in a shop and want a chance to move up, we want to talk to you too.
