Role: FP&A Lead Designation: DGM / GM Location: Delhi Reporting: FP&A Head • Profitability Strategy Development: Design and implement strategies to optimize profitability for the assigned cluster, including cost management, pricing strategy, and operational efficiency. • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct detailed financial analysis of cluster performance, including profit margins. Provide regular reports to senior management on financial status and areas for improvement. • Budget Management: Develop and manage annual budgets for the cluster, ensuring financial goals are met. Monitor and adjust budgets as needed to accommodate changes in the market or business environment. • Cost Control & Efficiency: Identify and discuss with Cluster lead cost-saving initiatives operational effectiveness. Regularly assess and improve cost structures across the cluster. • Revenue Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with sales, marketing, teams to identify and pursue opportunities to increase revenue (NSR) within the cluster. • Market & Competitive Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends, competitors, and industry best practices to inform decisions and maintain competitive advantage. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with various departments (sales, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure alignment on profitability goals and to address any operational bottlenecks or challenges.
