Job details • Role : Technical services Engineer • Function :Trade Sales • Level : Executive/ Sr. Executives Key Responsibilities Support achievement of sales target & take measures to increase market share through: • Regular visit to dealers and sub dealers • Enrolment of mason and contractors • Conversion of sites for dealer and sub dealer wise • Attending product quality complaints and resolution • Services to construction sites Knowledge, Skills and Experience • Familiar with CRM / Sales management applications like Dealer App / ASO App, SAP etc. • Understanding of Distribution Networks: Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and distributor relationships. • Financial Acumen: Ability to understand pricing strategies, cost structures, and how to create profitable deals. Experience required for the role • If BE / BTech – Min 1 + Years of Experience • If Dip Min 3 + Years of Experience • No Freshers • Had worked in similar Role - Ideally On Roll from Cement, Building Material, Construction Chemical etc • If -Off Roll (From Cement Organisation) – Subject to ZTH clearance. • Refrain from Construction site Additional Skill / Knowledge - Required • Orientation towards techno commercial sales • Knowledge & Skill to Influence, Influencers like Contractors, Engineers, Masons etc • Hands on Experience in handling Customer complaints & Technical queries • Diploma / B. Tech / B.E - Civil Engineering
