Under direct supervision, manages the overall delivery of a project from initiation through completion. • Leads the implementation of projects; coordinates the activities of a project team, identifies appropriate resources, and develops schedules to ensure timely completion of the project. • Partners with project sponsors, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to determine project goals and priorities. • Manages project expectations with stakeholders, sponsors and others as appropriate; advises on project progress, potential issues, obstacles, risk, conflicts or challenges. • Provides project status updates to Senior Project Manager and/or Functional Area Manager as required. • Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or project resource additions to ensure quality standards are met for all project deliverables. • Performs all other duties as assigned. • Experience and knowledge of standardized project management tools and methodologies. • Extensive knowledge of relevant project management software and all Microsoft Office business supporting applications. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Ability to work collaboratively on projects or in work group and improve workflows. • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Education: • Bachelor's Degree degree in Business Administration or related field is required. Experience: • Five(5) years of related experience is required.
