Maintenance Technician- Graysville, PA ** Competitive Pay, shift differentials, room to grow, and a Comprehensive Benefits Plan, Including 401(K). +$1.00/Hour Raise at 90-Days (Pending Performance Review)** Jennmar Services is seeking full-time Maintenance Technicians for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant located in Graysville, PA. Responsibilities: • Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot prep plant machinery • Perform welding and torching as needed to replace or repair Screens, shakers, chutes, crushers, and support beams • Assist with general labor and maintenance tasks throughout the facility • Comply with all MSHA safety requirements • Complete MSHA Surface Training (training provided) Schedule: • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM • Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM • 4 days on / 3 days off (10-hour shifts) • Overtime available Benefits: • Paid vacation • Paid holidays • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match after 6 months Qualifications: • Previous maintenance experience preferred • MSHA Surface Training (provided if needed) • Must have a background involving welding/ grinding/ fabrication/ mechanics • Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays • Must pass background check, drug and alcohol screening, and hair follicle test • Must have knowledge of using basic hand tools Required PPE (Not Provided): • Hard hat • Reflective vest or shirt • Metatarsal boots JENNMAR Services, our employees are our most important assets and is committed to them with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits plan, including 401(k).
