Sales Administrator We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our fast-paced, team-driven environment. Responsibilities • Assist with processing purchase paperwork and vehicle transaction documentation • Support workflow for trade-in paperwork and title-related documents • Prepare and organize finance and lease contract paperwork • Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are completed correctly and efficiently • Communicate with sales, finance, and management teams to keep deals moving smoothly • Provide administrative support in a fast-paced office setting • Help maintain compliance and organization throughout the sales process Qualifications • Strong clerical and organizational skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly • Basic computer proficiency required Compensation & Schedule This is a full-time salaried position 40 hours per week, with weekly compensation of $1,000 and eligibility for a weekly bonus.
