Minimum 10 hours per week Desired Length of Employment: 1 year Pay Rate: 10.00/hr Key Components: • In a student employee capacity, may perform or assist with functions around marketing trends, communications outreach, creative design and production (print and digital) Job Description: Assist the marketing and PR operations of Baylor University Press by taking on various projects, including writing press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and catalog copy, managing an email account, designing flyers, and communicating with authors. Baylor University Press publishes academic books in religious studies by professors from around the world. We market our books globally, and student positions in the press have the opportunity to contribute to an exciting industry, gaining real world experience in publishing.
