Examples of Key Responsibilities: · Assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. · Reminding clients to take their medications as prescribed. · Running errands, including grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions. · Accompanying clients to medical appointments and providing transportation. · Offering companionship and emotional support to clients. · Maintaining a safe and clean environment for the client. · Documenting care activities and any changes in the client's condition. · Communicating with the client's family and healthcare professionals as needed.
