Responsibilities include: • Transfer callers to the proper location and department • Provide store hours and answer general customer questions …all using brand new state of the art call center technology Job Requirements • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including conflict resolution/negotiation skills • Ability to work in a fast paced & goal oriented environment • Excellent computer skills • Desire to learn additional skills to enhance level of customer services provided • Shift Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings: • Friday and Saturday: 5:30 PM to close • Sunday: 2:00 PM to close • Closing times may range from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM as we get closer to the holidays Benefits At Boscov’s, we value our employees.
