Location: Multi-Site Manufacturing Operations Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Manager, CRMHE: Strategic leadership; program ownership and governance; operations leadership across four factories and storage yard; leadership of Master Rigger and CRMHE Operations Supervisors; training, qualification and certification programs; inspection, maintenance and reliability standards; lift planning and risk management; compliance and audits; cross-functional collaboration with EHS, Operations and Engineering. Who we are looking for: A highly experienced operational leader and technical expert with deep expertise in crane operations, rigging, lifting and material handling, capable of building and leading an enterprise CRMHE organization. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree and 10+ years progressive CRMHE experience with 5+ years leadership. Preferred: MBA or advanced degree; multi-site industrial experience; curriculum and certification development.
