What You’ll Do • Welcome customers and learn about their needs, budget, and vehicle preferences. • Help customers select vehicles and deliver engaging presentations and test drives. • Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and customer messages. • Follow up consistently, set appointments, and maintain accurate notes in our CRM. • Work with sales and finance managers to create a smooth buying experience. • Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals. • Stay informed about our inventory, products, and available incentives. • Take ownership of your goals and contribute to the success of the team.
