Cashier / Receptionist – Service Department Malloy Toyota | Full-Time | Starting at $15.00/hour Malloy Toyota is seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Cashier/Receptionist to join our Service Department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally • Schedule and coordinate service appointments • Assist customers with basic service-related questions • Process customer payments and cashier transactions • Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone • Utilize the Reynolds and Reynolds dealership management system • Support the office team with various administrative tasks • Shuttle customers as needed • Light cleaning of rental vehicles as they return. • Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with light cleaning • Work as part of a team to help ensure the Service Department operates efficiently Qualifications • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software • Dependable, professional, and punctual • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Previous receptionist, cashier, customer service, or office experience is preferred, but not required What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, organized, and comfortable working with customers.
