Key Responsibilities • Support landscape design and planning projects from concept through completion. • Coordinate effectively with project managers, designers, technicians, and other project team members. • Review work prepared by technicians and provide thoughtful feedback and direction. • Take ownership of assigned tasks and increasingly manage work independently. • Apply design and planning knowledge to identify challenges and propose practical solutions. • Contribute creative ideas and perspectives to improve project outcomes. • Develop an understanding of project standards, processes, and the reasoning behind design decisions. • Communicate project needs, questions, and potential challenges clearly and proactively. • Consistently manage priorities and meet established project deadlines. • Seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge, design capabilities, and professional skills.
