Support Store Manager in the implementation of initiatives and achievement of goals and objectives, with a focus on Stock and Back of House Operations. What you can expect: • Assist with creating a shopping experience through the effective organization of the back-of-house areas and merchandise flow onto the sales floor. • Ensure the timely processing of all shipments, transfers, damages, supplies, and the overall organization of stock areas. • Partner with the store management team on Loss Prevention awareness within the store. • Ensure that merchandise is processed timely and available for the replenishment on the sales floor and available for the sales staff. • Records delivery of merchandise, compares record with merchandise ordered, and reports discrepancies to control costs and maintain correct inventory levels. • Inspects merchandise to ensure it is correctly priced and displayed. • Assist in the implementation of Health & Safety policy and operational procedures utilizing training and guidance provided to support store management within this area. • Comply with Occupational Health & Safety requirements at all time. • May hold store keys and regularly participates in store opening and closing functions. Your profile: Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required: HS Diploma required or equivalent experience. Minimum Experience required: 2-3 year of stock experience.
