Title Clerk – Automotive Dealership Keep Our Deals Moving! We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our growing dealership team. In this role, you'll handle vehicle titles, registrations, and paperwork while ensuring every transaction is processed accurately and on time. What You'll Do: • Process vehicle titles, registrations, and tag applications • Verify deal paperwork for accuracy and compliance • Track and follow up on outstanding titles • Maintain organized records and files • Assist with title-related questions from customers and staff What We're Looking For: • Dealership title experience preferred (Proficiency in ALVIN is a plus) • Knowledge of Alabama title procedures and Mississippi titling requirements is a plus • Strong attention to detail and organization • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership software (DealerTrack, CDK, etc. is a plus) What We Offer: • Competitive Pay • Benefits Package • Paid Time Off • Positive Team Environment Ready to join a winning team?
