This person creates the first impression for every customer who visits or calls our dealership. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and understands that a smile, a warm greeting, and a caring attitude can make all the difference. What You'll Do • Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm. • Answer a multi-line phone system with confidence and exceptional phone etiquette. • Answer customer questions and direct calls and guests to the appropriate staff member. • Check in Sales customers accurately to create a smooth, seamless experience for both the guests and staff. • Support administrative duties while maintaining an organized front desk. • Represent Rudy Luther Toyota by treating every guest with empathy and understanding. • Work as a team to create a positive environment. We're Looking For Someone Who: • Has exceptional customer service and hospitality skills. • Is friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys working with people. • Has excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. • Can stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment. • Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work. • At least one previous role in customer service is preferred but not required. • Previous role answering phones is a plus.
