In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring seamless stock flow, and supporting the dealership's operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for vehicles and parts. • Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconciliation. • Coordinate with sales, service, and parts departments to monitor inventory levels. • Process inventory adjustments and documentation in compliance with company policies. • Assist with the ordering, receiving, and stocking of parts and accessories. • Support the inventory audit process and prepare related reports. • Communicate inventory status and issues to management promptly. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. • Previous experience in inventory management or coordination, preferably in automotive retail. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Office Suite. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Reliable and punctual with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
