Benefits: • 401k Retirement Plan • Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Life Insurance • Disability Benefits • Paid Time Off (Up to 3 weeks per year) Responsibilities: • Provide expert guidance to customers both in person and over phone • Rotate, receive, and track inventory • Assist in merchandising, displays, and seasonal inventory changes • Collaborate with the Sales teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience • Keep a welcome and clean showroom area • Process transactions for guests and complete guest profiles Qualifications: • Previous retail, apparel, or powersports experience preferred • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills • Passion for powersports gear and lifestyle (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, etc.) • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency • Weekends Required
