What You’ll Do • Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, and meals. • Monitor residents’ well-being and promptly report changes in condition. • Engage residents in activities that encourage connection and independence. • Work closely with families and team members to provide personalized, compassionate care. • Promote safety, dignity, and respect in everything you do. What We’re Looking For • A positive attitude and genuine passion for working with seniors. • Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach. • A dependable team player who enjoys helping others. • Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
