The ideal candidate will assist retail and wholesale customers, support the service department, maintain accurate inventory records, and help ensure efficient parts operations. This position offers a competitive hourly wage plus monthly commission bonus opportunities. Compensation & Benefits • Hourly pay plus monthly commission bonus • Weekly pay • Full-time position (40-45 hours per week) • Medical, dental, and vision insurance available • 401(k) retirement plan available after one year of employment • Paid vacation and holidays • Employee discounts Responsibilities • Assist retail, wholesale, and service department customers with parts sales and inquiries • Identify and source correct Ford and aftermarket parts using manufacturer catalogs and software • Process parts orders accurately and efficiently • Maintain parts inventory and stock levels • Receive, check, and organize incoming shipments • Handle returns, warranty parts, and core returns according to dealership procedures • Keep parts department clean, organized, and professional • Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely parts availability • Promote additional parts and accessories opportunities when appropriate • Maintain positive customer relationships through exceptional service Qualifications • Previous automotive parts experience preferred but not required • Knowledge of Ford parts systems is a plus • Strong customer service and communication skills • Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For • Positive attitude • Team-oriented mindset • Dependability and strong work ethic • Desire to learn and grow within the dealership • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
