You will be assisting the Service Department in coordinating appointments and helping customers have an excellent experience. T What You Will Do: • Answer inbound service calls and schedule maintenance appointments. • Make outbound calls for maintenance reminders, recall notices, and special promotions. • Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure a smooth, welcoming drop-off experience.
