Junior Marketing Manager This is a unique position for an individual looking to prove themselves in the Automotive Digital Marketing space at the dealership level. While we adhere to the standard forms of digital advertising, we are open to new creative ideas and will encourage input. Hours and salary are open and while experience is always a plus attitude and creative thinking are foremost. Responsibilities • Create social media content, including photos, short videos, reels, stories, and posts • Capture vehicle walkarounds, employee features, dealership events, and customer stories with appropriate permission • Maintain a content calendar and coordinate with sales, service, and management to highlight relevant vehicles, offers, and dealership news • Monitor comments and messages, respond professionally, and connect customer inquiries with the appropriate team • Assist with website updates, email campaigns, promotions, and community marketing • Use AI tools to brainstorm ideas, draft captions, repurpose content, organize projects, and reduce time spent on repetitive tasks • Review AI-generated work for accuracy and brand consistency, protect customer information, and obtain approval for pricing, offers, and promotional claims • Track engagement, website traffic, and inquiries to understand what’s working and recommend improvements • Keep marketing materials organized and follow projects through to completion
