We are a growing Automotive Group in the market seeking a Title Clerk for a Full-Time position at our Hampton VA location. Applicants must demonstrate exceptional communication skills and organization. Experience preferred but not required. Applicant must demonstrate ability and willingness to learn and develop processes for titling & registering vehicles for our customers. Responsibilities: • Process title work for in state and out-of-state customers • Organize and maintain vehicle titles/MCOs and documentation • Maintain physical and electronic filing systems for title documents • Update accounting schedules and reconcile accounts for title & registration • Assist internal staff and customers with title-related inquiries/issues • Demonstrate compliance with federal and state laws relating to titling and registration Requirements: • Previous automotive dealership accounting experience preferred but not required • Basic working knowledge of title processes • Willingness to learn and ability to be taught • Excellent customer service and communication skills We Offer: Health, Dental, Medical, & Vision after 60 days Paid Time Off 401k
