Qualifications • Five+ years of full-cycle recruiting, executive recruiting, or agency recruiting. • Demonstrated experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define hiring needs, build recruitment strategies, and make sound selection decisions. • Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions while maintaining a high level of organization, responsiveness, candidate care, and attention to detail. • Strong sourcing skills and demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and assess both active and passive candidates. • Experience using applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics. • Strong knowledge of structured interviewing, candidate assessment, interview scorecards, and job-related selection practices. • Strong judgment, discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information appropriately. • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to diagnose issues and influence recruiting strategy. • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally. • Experience recruiting within a mission-driven, nonprofit, advocacy, political, government, policy, membership, or public-affairs organization preferred.
