Responsibilities: • Other duties may be assigned. • Services water, bread, butter and start appetizers. • Maintain coffee service. • Refill water glasses. • Change ashtrays. • Assist servers. • Observes opening / closing side work duties listed in the restaurant in order to make sure you complete your duties on a daily basis.
