Responsibilities: • Develops, maintains a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members • Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures • Knowledge of all promotions and events • Men’s & women’s restrooms cleaned and maintained • Empty all trash in restrooms as well as on the casino floor, front lobby areas, and back of the house • Associate Dinning Room maintained • Faces, sides, tops and bases of machines wiped clean • Floor clean of clutter • Vacuum where designated • Supervise staff members on your shift • Ensure all duties and responsibilities are performed to the best of each staff member’s ability • Work “hands on” with staff to ensure all cleaning duties and procedures, company policies, rules and regulations, and Jumer’s standards of cleanliness are enforced • Help handle any problem situations with both employees and guests • Answer radio calls and communicate professionally • All other duties as assigned • Performs other duties as assigned.
