Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot and respond to unexpected challenges during live performances. • Assist in maintenance of facility AV systems. • Work safely, following all established safety rules and regulations. • Follow all relevant policies and procedures. • Communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and guests. • Provide exceptional customer service. • Perform other duties as assigned.
