Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: • Coordinate preparation, execution, and corrective action follow-up for RBA, JAC, WCA, and other ESG/social responsibility audits. • Serve as a key contact for customer sustainability engagement, including ESG questionnaires, assessments, audits, and information requests. • Coordinate with relevant functions and global sites to ensure timely and consistent responses to customer ESG requirements. • Monitor customer sustainability requirements and industry trends to identify potential risks and improvement opportunities. • Establish and continuously improve customer ESG engagement and audit management mechanisms.
