WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • 5+ years of railroad leadership experience. • Strong knowledge of railroad operations and FRA regulations. • Budget and financial management experience. • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Conductor certification required; Engineer certification preferred. • Valid Driver's License.
