What Makes You a Great Match: • Current, unencumbered Louisiana LPN license. • Strong clinical skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced cardiovascular or specialty clinic environment. • Leadership abilities with experience supervising, mentoring, or guiding team members. • Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills. • Commitment to accurate documentation, patient advocacy, teamwork, and high standards of care. • BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred. • Experience with EMR systems and maintaining compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
