Cross-Functional Partnership • Develop strong partnerships across Retail Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, and other business functions. • Partner with retail leadership and cross-functional teams to influence strategic decisions related to store operations, talent, and business development. • Support the execution of an integrated omni-channel strategy and customer experience. • Oversee store events to ensure they align with business objectives, budgets, and established event criteria. • Bring the store perspective into cross-functional planning to help ensure initiatives are practical, effective, and execution-ready. What You Bring: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. • 10+ years of progressive retail management experience. • 5+ years of multi-store leadership experience, ideally overseeing multiple markets or districts. • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing multi-unit retail leaders. • Strong understanding of retail financials, including sales, profitability, payroll, expenses, and key performance indicators. • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and translate insights into action. • Proven ability to drive results through others while balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day operational needs. • Strong communication, influencing, and cross-functional partnership skills. • Experience supporting talent development, succession planning, and performance management. • Strong understanding of customer experience, merchandising, inventory, and retail operations. • Experience working with retail POS systems. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Ability to operate with a high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. • Ability to travel up to 60%, including occasional overnight travel.
