Job Purpose Performing maintenance on the building and equipment as needed that involves preventive maintenance as well as diagnosing and repairing equipment. • Duties: • Monitor all machines and equipment to ensure the requirements are being met in accordance to established guidelines. • Repair equipment as required for optimal performances. • Record daily machine check sheets and report adverse trends or concerns to Maintenance Supervisor. • Maintain clean housekeeping guidelines while repairs are being completed • Initiate and recommend solutions to prevent the occurrence of non-conformities or unsafe conditions. • Skills and Experience: • Five Years of Manufacturing Maintenance • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Experience with operating forklift and crane equipment • Valid Driver’s License • Proven Safety Record • Benefits Include: • 401 K plan • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance • 11 Paid Holidays • Short -Term & Long -Term Disability • Vacation time, Personal time
