Please note that this is a Temporary role for about 4-6 months or longer depending on business needs. • Provide technical support for Tier 1 Tickets. • Record, track, and document the help desk request problem solving process including actions taken through to the final resolution. • Create documentation for staff for training purposes. • Assist in AV setups as needed for meetings. • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. • Maintain physical inventory of IT hardware and software. • Repair and replace broken equipment. • Ensure physical security of all equipment. • Support desktop hardware, software, and applications. • Perform technology needs analysis. • Coordinate Operating System image creations based on business, reflecting IT standards. • Implement and support the computing infrastructure plan. • Assist with technology planning through ongoing research.
