Responsibilities & Key Deliverables • Daily Analysis of Field Failures & Monitoring of the same Conduct Process Audit & ensure process is running as per Defined Plan • Hands on experience with Li-Ion Battery Pack repair, • Diagnosis of fault finding in Battery box, • Fault analysis in field failure battery box • Battery pack diagnosis with CAN and log reading for defect finding • Log study and interpretation of signals • Use of INKA, CANOE TI tool, • INKA is added advantage • Knowledge of Li-Ion cell (GNMC and LFP) • Cell shorting and grouping • Knowledge of Motor Diagnosis & Failure abalysis on Vehicle EOL testing Experience 5-6 years Industry Preferred Automobile Qualifications B.E -Electronics/ Electrical /Mechanical Our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
