Production Associate Summary of Job Content: Safely operate equipment and perform physical labor to manufacture porous carbon in accordance to defined SOP's and quality standards. Maintain a clean work environment. Perform any other duties, as required by the department supervisor or manager, to support department, plant and company objectives and/or goals. Ascend and descend stairs and ladders; push, pull, lift, grasp, and pinch. • Recognize and correct out of specification situations, and notify supervision. • Correctly add, subtract, multiply, divide, and convert fractions into decimals. • Effectively and efficiently perform autonomous maintenance on equipment as required. • Accurately complete and interpret all required paperwork and process documentation. • Know how and where to access operations manuals and specifications. • Perform all work assignments in a safe and efficient manner and obey/follow all departmental and general company safety rules, policies and procedures. • Demonstrate a high level of situational awareness, good housekeeping practices, and commitment to quality.
